NEW YORK – He may call the ice rink his office, but Jack Hughes is even keeping his cool in the heat of the city.
The Olympic hockey gold medalist and New Jersey Devils center, 25, turned heads on Wednesday, July 15, at the 2026 ESPYs when he wore a three-piece suit on the red carpet. The awards show took place in New York City on a scorching hot day, with temperatures in the afternoon reaching the high 90s and the heat index in the triple digits.
The next night at the Time 100 Sports gala, Hughes returned to the red carpet in a more traditional suit but explained the reason for his attire at the ESPYs.
